I can always cite some Bertrand Russell's remarks for any possible scenarios.
Let's see. On Tiger Wood's downfall, Russell said 50 years ago, that:
"The place of the father in the modern suburban family is a very small one, particularly if he plays golf."
On the "Allah" issue, Russell put it this way :
"Government can easily exist without laws, but law cannot exist without government."

I could not agree more for the first quote.
The issue on Allah seems not on the rule of law but on the monopoly. I suggest the following with my own expansion ;)
Democracy is the process by which people choose the man who'll get the blame.
Theocrazy is the conclusion that other people are condemned to be blame.
